When you eat the soup on a regular basis, it will burn fat in your body, enhance your metabolism and boost your energy. The recipe for these soups contains natural ingredients that have scientifically been proven to assist in burning fat and losing weight.

When you embark on such a diet, you will burn more calories than you take in, which helps you to quickly lose fat.

Who is the creator of the recipe?

Interestingly, no one wants to claim responsibility for creating this diet, and so there’s no “official” version. However, one of these Fat Burning Soup Recipes was created by a certified dietician and modified by Dr. Anna Noel Harris who is also an acupuncturist and herbalist. This is a seven day program that can be prepared using the following ingredients.

  • 6 large green onions or one large red onion
  • A tin of tomatoes
  • One large cabbage
  • Vegetable bullion
  • Two green peppers
  • One bunch celery
  • Shitake mushrooms
  • One hot pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
  • Kombu seaweed (1/4 inch piece)

You can add some spices such as sage, rosemary, oregano or tarragon towards the end of your cooking. You can season with salt and pepper, but if you add the vegetable bullion, you don’t need to add salt.

The weight-loss program

Day 1

You can eat all fruits apart from bananas. Watermelon and cantaloupe are recommended because they have very few calories. Your diet should consist of the weight-loss soup and low-calorie fruits. When it comes to drinks, you can take plain water, cranberry juice or unsweetened tea.

Day 2

Your diet will consist of the weight-loss soup and vegetables. You can eat fresh raw vegetables until you’re stuffed. Leafy vegetables are recommended, and you should avoid eating corn, peas or dry beans. When it’s time for diner, you can treat yourself to a large baked potato with butter. On this day, you’re not supposed to eat any fruit.

Day 3

You can eat all the fruits, vegetables and soup you want. Avoid baked potatoes, and if you have followed the Fat Burning Soup Recipes for day one and two, you will lose 5 to 7 pounds.

Day 4

On this day, you can eat bananas and skimmed milk along with the weight-loss soup. Bananas and milk are recommended because they are packed with carbohydrates and calories. You will also need the carbohydrates, proteins, calcium and potassium in order to lower your cravings for sweets.

Day 5

This is a good day to supplement your soup diet with lamb or beef and tomatoes. You should select free range animal protein that is free from hormones or antibiotics.

You can eat 10 to 20 ounces of lamb or beef along with a tin of tomatoes (or six fresh tomatoes). You should also drink plenty of water (6-8 glasses) in order to flush away your body’s accumulation of uric acid.

For the lamb or beef, you can substitute with wheat gluten, adzuki beans, chicken or fish. You should eat at least one serving of the weight-loss soup.

Day 6

On this day, you eat lamb or beef and vegetables. You can eat as much animal protein and vegetables as you want. If you like, you can have 2-3 steaks but you need to avoid baked potatoes.

You can also substitute the lamb or beef with fish, chicken, adzuki beans or wheat gluten. You should eat at least one serving of the weight-loss soup.

Day 7

Fruits and vegetables with brown rice are recommended for day seven. Again, you can stuff yourself with all that you can eat and eat at least one serving of the weight-loss soup.

By the time you are through with this 7-day program, and you haven’t cheated on your diet, you should lose 10-17 pounds. If you lose over 15 pounds, you should stay off this diet for 2 days before you resume your diet at Day 1.

How it works

This diet works by increasing your metabolic rate, which means that you will burn more calories than you eat. The magic is in the ingredients such as pepper, which help you to burn fat.

Even though the cabbage doesn’t burn fat from your body, it’s ideal for losing weight because it is low in calories. Half a cup of cabbages is just 17 calories. A large salad can be prepared with one cabbage and it will not reach 300 calories.

Who is the ideal candidate for the product?

Men and women who want to lose weight can use the program to shed kilos. If you’re preparing to go for surgery, this is a recommended diet for you.

Does it work?

This diet definitely works and there are many people who have used it to achieve their weight-loss goals. As long as you are on this diet, your metabolism will be high, and you can burn more calories.

However, the diet will work as long as you don’t cheat and you stick to the plan.

When following the Fat Burning Soup Recipes, you should avoid bread, alcohol and carbonated drinks, including the so-called diet drinks. Before indulging in alcohol, you should suspend your diet for a minimum of 24 hours. You should stick with water, unsweetened fruit juices, cranberry juice, unsweetened tea, black coffee, and skimmed milk.

Since everyone has a different digestive system, this weight-loss diet will affect you differently. Your bowel movements will change after being on this diet for a few days and so you need to eat more fiber.

However, you can expect to have increased energy and you will definitely feel lighter after being on this program for a week. If you want to maintain your weight after losing fat, you should replace a meal each day with the weight-loss soup and consume more vegetables.

Anyone with special dietary needs, including diabetics, should consult a doctor before embarking on any diet program.
